How can I manage my contract?

You can reduce the amount of your coverage, based on the terms and conditions of your Insurance Policy. Please contact the Insurance Consultant or the Sales Office that serves you for more information.

It is very important that the Company is informed of any change in the personal / demographic data of the insured. In case of change, please contact your Insurance Consultant or the respective MetLife Sales Office that serves you, who will ask you to fill out a simple form in order to be promoted at the Company's Head Office.
The Company, after each payment of the premium, issues and sends by mail a final receipt for the payment of premiums to the address you have stated.

Complaints Procedure (Complaints)

Within the framework of our Corporate Strategy and in particular of our Customer-Centered Approach, we would like to inform you that we are interested in any of your complaints regarding your insurance. In particular, do not hesitate to inform us about any unsatisfactory service you have received either from executives of our Company or from your insurance consultant and / or if you are not satisfied with your insurance policy.

Because our primary goal is always to optimize the service we offer, the following grievance process will help expedite the resolution of any of your grievances.

Please submit your complaint by filling out the "Complaint Form" as this speeds up the investigation process. Upon submission of the relevant complaint, a relevant letter will be sent to you within two working days, in which the receipt and the process of investigation of your submitted complaint will be confirmed.

In addition, we want to assure you that the executives of the company's objection management department are professionally and expertly trained in the investigation of complaints.

Within 10 working days you will receive a written letter informing you of both the results of the investigation and the actions we will take as a Company regarding the complaint you have submitted.

Although we try our best to respond to all complaints within 10 days, there are cases where this is not possible due to, for example, the complexity of the complaint. In case more than 15 working days are needed to settle your complaint, we will inform you in time in writing and explain the reasons for the delay.

In case you are not satisfied with the answer you received, please let us know the reasons for your disagreement. At the same time, however, you reserve the right to remain in your grievance and to resort to any out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms that exist under the relevant legislation.
